The game plan, This is a full-scale renovation project with an expected total timeline of 7 to 10 months. The first 1–2 months will be dedicated to pulling permits and preparing the site, followed by 6 to 8 months of active construction. The rehab will include everything: new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roof, windows, flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, and full interior and exterior finishes. About 30 days before completion, we’ll begin marketing the property for rent so we can place a tenant as quickly as possible. Once leased, we plan to hold the property for at least five years, generating steady passive income. After that, we’ll evaluate whether to sell for a strong return or continue holding as a long-term asset.
